This project was conducted under the premise that readers' experiences can vary significantly depending on the elements (languages) that make up a book. It explores how the languages added to the book, including the text produced by the author, communicate with the reader.

For this purpose, we selected the work "When Azaleas Bloom, Eat Clams" by Shin Kyung-kyun as the subject and divided the book's languages* into twelve categories. We experimented to see if their harmonious interaction could stimulate the reader's emotions, induce immersion, and provide diverse experiences. Furthermore, we examined the synergy that occurs when these elements are combined. In other words, it is an experiment to explore the impact of book design by establishing a hierarchy of refined texts and adding elements such as the visual effects of images and the tactile effects of paper texture.
